About Michael Fusco
Irmo native and owner Michael Fusco has over 18 years of successful restaurant experience. He was an owner and operator of Restaurant at Cinnamon Hill, Restaurant One Two Three and The Rhino Room. For 10 years Chef Fusco served as Executive Chef for Agape Senior assisting in culinary training, menu development and management. In 2013 he received the Illuminating Excellence Award recognizing outstanding food service professionals. Fusco later took his culinary expertise to Main Street Columbia in the opening of Michael’s Café & Catering in March 2014.
Michael’s grandfather first owned his Fusco’s Market in Reynoldsville, PA in the 1950’s and today the family tradition carries on with Fusco’s Market in Irmo, SC.
